Nobody complains about G'zael housing this giant monstrosity in the lower levels, because everyone knows they bring luck (and wealth).

This is Jaunger, the daughter of Aetu(mother) and Aesen(father). Both parents were Cholnre Demons, of course, but they were from different species, and their daughter inherited traits from both: her father's reddish, blunt teeth and her mother's extendable lips.
Not an especially attractive mix.
Jaunger is well aware of her ugliness, and like most Cholnre (a race prone to depression), she hides everything but her head and neck underground.

By the way, she does have eyes - they're just dull and don't shine. Also, the hole in her neck is an infection. When she swallows, it oozes pus/blood, making eating a painful process.
