Okay, so I got Silent Hill 2 recently, and I love it. What an artsy game.
Here's a little tribute to the game and Pyramid Head (who's scary-cool), scribbled in Painter and openCanvas.
Done from memory, so forgive me if he and his knife aren't quite on-model. Also, I apologize for the awkward pose. That's his right leg in front.
EDIT
aw man I don't like this anymore. His head's too small. >:C
bwaaaaah!! I remember those things! they gave me the screeming heeby-geebies!! x.X that game was uber-scary! I had to get a friend to play some parts for me because I was so scared I kept messing up!! lol - great picture skippy! really captures the scree-ness that is pyramid head!! x.X
Nice job, though I think it's posture is a little better than usual- I seem to recall them being rather slouchy, like the walking people in those annoying Starburst commercials. ^_^;

O-O! Awesome!! This looks amazing.. you really captured the gritty, creepiness of Pyramid Head, I think. I love how realistic this looks.. especially that little spark where he's dragging his machete on the ground. That's so cool.. I can just hear the screetching XD Great job
