I've had this image stuck in my head for a GOOD long time now, and I may elaborate on it a little more. Ahem.

CRAZY ORCHESTRA ROCKS.
Xylophone just makes it better. HECK, Xylophone is like a big... huge... hunk o' Sculpey - you can make a bajillion things out of it.

I wanna learn how to draw better spotlights in Photoshop. (pout)

I think that's pretty good for a spotlit person. Not perfect, but damn good. And I bloody want that cloak thing. .....mine! *snatches, runs off*

and eerie! like circus-type eerie...
i like it 8) (Cool)

really, really, really, basic rule of thumb for spotlights... really sharp contrasting lights and darks. just exaggerate until your head explodes....
well, not that much. that's kinda extreme.
but depending on the effect you're going for, don't hesitate to make your hottest spots bright white.
and shadows.... like that back foot you've got there... make 'em black. or something close to it.

hmm... yup, that about does it.
yes.

oh wait, i almost forgot!
*snatches cloak and runs like the wind!*
